Shakeups Continue! Detroit Hires New Financial Manager Of Schools
DETROIT — Gov. Rick Snyder announced that former General Motors Corporation executive Roy Roberts would become the new emergency financial manager for Detroit Public Schools, replacing Robert Bobb.
