TULSA, Okla —  A 25-year-old man who has struggled with mental illness surrendered to police after staying on top of a TV tower in Tulsa, Oklahoma for six days.

William Boyd Sturdivant II was taken to a hospital and later a mental health facility after finally getting off the tower.
