Emergency Manager Kevyn Orr has scheduled a public hearing for Monday evening 6:30 at the Wayne State University Law School Auditorium.
And he has a closed session for next Friday morning at the Westin Hotel at Detroit Metro Airport to meet with creditors.
He is expected to tell them they need to take major cuts to help the city resolve a $15 Billion long term deficit.
The creditors include Wall Street, Detroit City unions, two pension funds and a retirees’ group.
