Mother of Homeless Man in Saginaw Shot 46 Times Continues to Seek Justice [VIDEO]

SAGINAW (WJRT) -The mother of Milton Hall is speaking out once again.Hall was shot and killed by Saginaw Police on July First in a plaza parking lot in Saginaw.

Officers say he had a knife and was acting aggressively towards them.

This Wednesday,Saginaw Prosecutor Mike Thomas announced the six officers involved in the shooting will not be criminally charged.

A few Saturdays ago, Milton Hall’s mother Jewel Hall attended a service at Ephesus Seventh-day Adventist Church.

She thanked the community for their support and said she was disappointed by the prosecutor decision.
