Detroit Education Freedom Ride into Washington D.C. this summer to meet Secretary of Education Arne Duncan and President Obama.  We just received a phone call this morning from President Obama’s Secretary of Education Arne Duncan about a July face to face meeting

 WHY:  Protest school closures, zero tolerance policies/suspensions, lack of community voice/input in school decisions
