Tree Falls Down On Detroit Woman

DETROIT (WXYZ) – Powerful winds wreaked havoc across neighborhoods on Detroit’s west side. On Philadelphia near 2nd a tree came down on a woman who was walking home from work.

She was rushed to the hospital by EMS. Neighbors told us she screamed and fell to the ground as the huge tree snapped near the trunk. According to several witnesses it took a group of paramedics and emergency crews to free her.
